Quinoa & Oat Waffles

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup of OFC quinoa flour
  • ½ cup of oat flour (churn oat flakes at home if you don’t have flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup soy / almond milk / regular milk

Preparation:

  1. Blend the flour, oats, baking powder, milk until smooth.
  2. Put in the heated waffle maker and cook for 12 minutes.

Topping:

  • Sweet: Top with ice cream, jam or honey
  • Savory: Make a dip out of hung yoghurt, boiled spinach and spice it up with some rock salt, cumin
